Refund policy

At Talky Toes, every pair of footwear is carefully handcrafted and thoroughly inspected before dispatch. As each product is made with great care, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered.

No Returns / Refunds / cancelation :

  • All purchases are final.
  • No cancelation after the order is placed.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.
  • We do not provide refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.

Easy Size Exchange

We understand that finding the perfect fit is important. If the size doesn’t fit, we offer an easy size exchange, subject to stock availability.

To be eligible:

  • Request a size exchange within 5 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • The requested size must be available in stock.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping charges for size exchanges.

Exchange for Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

We offer exchanges if you receive:

  • A damaged product.
  • A defective product.
  • An incorrect product.

Important: To be eligible for an exchange, you must record a continuous, unedited video while opening the sealed parcel. The video must clearly show the sealed package before opening and the condition of the product inside.

Claims without a valid parcel opening video will not be accepted.

All claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by emailing shop@talkytoes.com with:

  • Your order number.
  • The parcel opening video.
  • Clear photos of the product (if requested).

Exchange Approval

All exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by the Talky Toes team. We reserve the right to reject any request that does not meet the above conditions.
