Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Within India

  • Punjab & Major Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Rest of India: 3–7 business days
  • Delivery to remote locations may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders within India.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders must be paid online at the time of purchase.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

  • International shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and the rates provided by our courier partners.
  • The exact shipping cost will be shared with you before your order is dispatched.
  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Delays

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate. Talky Toes is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date). We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
