At TALKYTOES, we are committed to delivering your handcrafted footwear safely and efficiently.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Within India

  • 3–8 business days. (Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.)
  • Delivery to remote locations may take slightly longer.
  • We offer local delivery but the time span can vary from 2-8 days.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders within India.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders with a nominal COD fee.
  • TALKYTOES reserves the right to cancel or decline any COD order that appears suspicious, fraudulent, or potentially spam.
  • COD availability may also be restricted for certain locations or orders at the sole discretion of TALKYTOES.


COD Order Confirmation

You can place your COD order directly through our website without making any payment at checkout.

After your order is placed, TALKYTOES will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

For orders of ₹4000 and above, a 20% advance payment will be required for order confirmation, with the remaining amount payable via COD.

For high RTO score users an advance of ₹99 COD fee will be taken for confirmation before dispatch. This ₹99 is non refundable as to cover RTO charges.

International Shipping

International shipping is available on request. Please contact us on WhatsApp with your order details and destination, and our team will assist you with shipping options and charges.

  • International shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and the rates provided by our courier partners.
  • The exact shipping cost will be shared with you before your order is dispatched.
  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to weather conditions, customs clearance, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Handcrafted Product Disclaimer

Each Talkytoes pair is individually handcrafted and may feature subtle variations in texture, finish, embellishment, or detailing. These are natural characteristics of handmade footwear and make every pair unique.

As handcrafted footwear involves delicate handwork and embellishments, with regular use, certain embellishments or detailing may naturally loosen or come off over time. Proper care and usage are recommended to maintain the appearance and finish of your footwear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate. TALKYTOES is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. In case of incorrect information filled up by the customer the re-shipping charges will have to paid by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date). We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect pair, you must inform TALKYTOES within 24 hours of delivery.

To raise a claim, you are required to provide a clear, continuous unboxing video showing the parcel/package from the time it is received and opened, including the outer packaging and the product inside. Email: shop@talkytoes.com

Claims without a clear parcel-opening/unboxing video, or claims reported after 24 hours of delivery, may not be accepted. TALKYTOES will not be responsible for claims that do not meet these requirements.
